WHH Provisioning and Installation
Web Hosting Hubs signup process is very familiar and simple. The process is more or less real time during business hours.
Web Hosting Hub run cPanel as standard, and with that they provide the Softaculous installer for easy 1-click installs of WordPress (and a range of other popular CMS).
WHH Systems and Support
Like their sister company InMotion, Web Hosting Hub provide 24/7 support via phone, chat or email.
Web Hosting Hub Load Test
As in previous tests, Web Hosting Hubs results were very similar to InMotion, reflecting their shared infrastructure. Like InMotion, WHH did improve but again did relatively worse that InMotion overall.
The initial virtual user session load times were OK, but as the number of virtual concurrent users rose above 50 the performance really did start to degrade with some of the slowest load times recorded across all hosts.
As with InMotion Hosting we also noted some server request failures appear as the number of concurrent users and requests grew above 60.
We also have a ranking of all the best WordPress hosts.

About Web Hosting Hub
Web Hosting Hub has been around since 2010, and aims their services primarily at individuals and small businesses who want low-cost, low-hassle hosting. They offer three plans, none of which are expensive or geared to the enterprise customer.
They offer a quick-starter plan, with a “personal, on-boarding call” to ensure newbies and inexperienced users get up and running correctly.
They make domain searching and registration easy for those who’ve never done it before, and offer over 300 free applications for site building, such as WordPress, Drupal, Concrete5 and e-biz apps such as OpenCart and Magento. Softaculous is the one-click app installer on offer.
The plans all offer fairly standard features — free domain, two websites for the starter plan and unlimited for the two upgraded plans, ten MySQL databases for the no-frills plan, unlimited for the other two. They offer five parked domains and 25 subdomains for the intro plan, and unlimited in the two higher ones.
The two higher plans offer users a choice of data center — one on the east coast or one on the west coast of the United States for faster loading times. The two higher plans offer discounts on in-house web design services as well.
FAQ’s
Does Web Hosting Hub have a site builder?
Yes, their Premium Website Builder is a decent way to get your small business website online. It’s pretty simple — choose a theme, edit your website’s content and then publish.
However, compared to WordPress it is quite limited so we recommend starting with WordPress. The learning curve may be a little steeper, but it will suit you much longer term and is much more powerful.
What apps can I install on Web Hosting Hub?
WHH offer the Softaculous tool in their control panel, which means you get access to over 310 free applications, tools, scripts and builders to create pretty much any kind of site you want. Of course this includes WordPress.
I know my way around code, can I use my own stuff?
Sure, if you like to be hands on with your code, you can use any of your favorite programs like Dreamweaver, iWeb and others to build your website and then upload it via FTP.
Can I have the site custom-developed?
Yes, WHH offers a range of customizable web design packages for small to medium businesses. They offer a number of features to get your business site off the ground, giving you a dedicated in-house design specialist who works closely with you on the design.
What support does Web Hosting Hub provide?
It starts from when you sign up: A personal on-boarding call from a team member will make your setup and transfer process easier. Then they offer 24/7 always-available U.S. based technical support.
Does Web Hosting Hub have a money back guarantee?
Yes, they have a good one — a no questions asked, 90-day money-back guarantee. Hard to beat that.
Does Web Hosting Hub have storage or bandwidth limits?
No, their unlimited hosting has unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. Of course you have to abide by their Terms of Service, which means you can’t use the site for pure storage, it has to be a legitimate site.
Does Web Hosting Hub have Cpanel?
Yes, for good reason — it’s pretty much the industry standard. With cPanel hosting you can manage your email accounts all from one place, and create email addresses, set-up email forwarding and filtering.
CPanel also has tools ranging from backing up your website, to managing sub-domains, to managing files, to analyzing web statistics. Pretty much everything you need out of the box for managing your hosting for a reasonable site.
What about domain management?
Web Hosting Hub allows you to have multiple domains and sub-domains on your cPanel hosting account. CPanel allows you to manage all your Subdomains, Add-on domains and Parked domains.
Is Web Hosting Hub good for hosting WordPress?
Yes. WordPress is one of its specialties. Web Hosting Hub’s servers are “optimally configured to run WordPress,” company officials say: “Our servers run suPHP, which allows for a much higher level of security.
Our servers also run the latest versions of MySQL 5 & PHP 5. We configure our servers to utilize PHP Caching and we maximize available server RAM, reducing I/O requests to the server’s hard drives, meaning your WordPress site loads faster.”

I am a beginner and have absolutely no coding background, but I managed to make a decent website with the free website builder BoldGrid that is free to access when you have a hosting plan with Web Hosting Hub. I am in a trade profession — plumber to be specific, I thought might as well put a professional site clients can look into to see some previous projects I’ve done. I am a happy customer and if you’re a beginner like me, Web Hosting Hub is something you should consider.
I love WebHostingHub!
best web hosting ever! and i’ve been with some companies!
Some just keep charging more and more, and some give you a server all for yourself, takes a lot of time to program and learn linux and all, and sometimes a virus or a bug comes, and it’s all for you to fix! yikes!
WebHostingHub is simple to use, i have many sites all in one cpanel account, makes things easier..
All the emails too are in the same account, so when i have email trouble i can check them all at the same time… i don’t need to get in 20 cpanel accounts…
it even has postgresql!
I now have time to do what i like, code!!!
and not passing time configuring the server like i used to do with the past 2 companies…
I’m a raving fan!
thanks guys!
